§ 3-3. Adoption of state law.

Latest version.

All regulations and requirements with respect to the sale of alcoholic liquors at retail as provided in the Liquor Control Act of 1934 (Ill. Rev. Stat. ch. 43, ¶ 93.9 et seq.) are hereby adopted by reference and shall apply to the licensing and sale of alcoholic liquors in the city under this chapter under authority of a license granted pursuant to this chapter.
