§ 3-4. Purchase or possession by minors.

It shall be unlawful for any person under 21 years of age to purchase or possess within the city any alcoholic liquor, and any purchaser under 21 years of age who shall make such purchase or shall possess any alcoholic liquor shall be subject to the penalty provided for a violation of the provisions of this chapter.
