§ 14-242. Fraud generally.

Any licensee under this article who shall be guilty of any fraud, cheating or misrepresentation, whether by himself or through any employee, or who shall hawk or peddle any goods, wares, merchandise or articles other than those specified in his application for a license, shall be fined as provided in this article, and the mayor may revoke his license for such offense.
