§ 14-241. Auction sales by peddlers, transient merchants.

  • (a)

    No person holding a license to hawk or peddle under the provisions of this article shall sell any goods, wares, merchandise or articles at auction, or to the highest bidder.

    (b)

    It shall be unlawful for any transient merchant licensed under the provisions of this article to sell any of his stock of goods, wares or merchandise at auction.
