§ 6-14. Maintenance of mausoleum.

The city, in accordance with an agreement entered into on February 19, 1916, for a valuable consideration, and recorded in Miscellaneous Record 17 in the recorder's office of the county at pages 35, 36 and 37, shall maintain and keep in repair both the exterior and interior of the mausoleum described in such record and located on the south half of the west half of block 84, original town of Pontiac, in perpetuity.
