§ 6-15. Damaging cemetery property.

  • Any person damaging or removing any cemetery property, including any monument or grave marker, the mausoleum or any portion thereof, any of the crypts contained therein, or any ornament, either permanent or temporary, or any insignia attached to any crypt shall, on conviction of any such offense, be subject to punishment as provided in section 1-11 of this Code, and shall be required to pay the cost of repairing the damage or replacing any article removed.
