§ 6-12. Closing hours for Pontiac Cemetery.

Latest version.

All gates of the Pontiac Cemetery shall be closed each night from sundown until 6:00 a.m. of the succeeding day. No person shall be within the boundaries of a cemetery between sundown and 6:00 a.m. of the succeeding day. The penalty for violation of this section shall be as provided in section 1-11 of this Code.
