§ 3-1. Definitions.

Unless otherwise provided in this chapter, all definitions and terms used in this chapter which are defined or used in the Liquor Control Act of 1934 (Ill. Rev. Stat. ch. 43, ¶ 93.9 et seq.) shall have the same meanings as set forth therein or as such terms are construed.
