§ 21-73. Responsibility of parent or guardian for violations by minors.

  • The parent of any minor child, and the guardian of any ward, shall not authorize or knowingly permit such child or ward to violate any of the provisions of this article. In the case of any violations of this article by a minor child or ward under the age of 13, any parent or guardian of such child or ward shall be presumed to be knowingly permitting the child or ward to violate the provisions of this article.
