§ 21-51. Prohibited parking areas.

(a)

No person shall, at any time, stand or park any vehicle in any area which has been established by the council from time to time as a prohibited parking area.

(b)

In any such designated area, proper signs or curb painting shall be posted or applied to notify motorists of the no parking zone.
