§ 19-2. Temporary signs and flags.

  • No temporary sign or flag shall be placed or suspended over a street or sidewalk without first securing the written permission of the mayor, and no such sign or flag shall be so placed to the inconvenience of persons. All such temporary signs or flags thus suspended or placed contrary to the provisions of this section shall be immediately removed on the request of the mayor or any police officer.
