§ 10-3. General regulations.

Municipal garbage pickup as provided hereunder shall be subject to such reasonable regulations as shall be promulgated by the city administrator, including but not limited to regulations regarding approved containers, items which shall be excluded from pickup and disposal by the city, the time and manner of pickup and other regulations determined to be reasonable and necessary in connection with the administration of the city garbage pickup and disposal service.
