Highway Directional Signs and Markers, which shall be made and installed in accordance with the specifications of the City of Pontiac, announcing the location of, or directing traffic to, given locations which include, but are not limited to, the following:

Service areas—automobile, food, lodging.

Public and quasi-public information signs.
