§ 8-1. Leaf burning.

(a)

Declaration of nuisance and prohibition. Leaf burning in the city shall is declared to be a public nuisance and is prohibited.

(b)

Penalty. Any person in violation of this section shall be subject to punishment as provided in section 1-11 of this Code.
