§ 6-2. Deeds.

Every person who shall purchase a lot laid out and platted in any property owned by the city and used as a cemetery shall, upon the payment of the price of such lot, as fixed by the city council, to the city treasurer, receive a deed therefor, conveying a perpetual easement for burial purposes.
