§ 4-51. Generally.

Any horses, cattle, swine, sheep, goats or fowl running at large or going unrestrained within the limits of the city shall be taken and impounded in any premises which may be available by the owner or occupant of any lands whereon any such animal is trespassing, or by any police officer.
