§ 3-26. License required; violations.

  • It shall be unlawful to sell or offer for sale at retail in the city any alcoholic liquor without having a license of the proper classification, as set forth in this article, issued by the city, authorizing such sale. It shall be unlawful to sell or offer for sale any alcoholic liquor in the city in violation of the terms and provisions of a license granted pursuant to this chapter, of any of the provisions of this chapter, or of the statutes or regulations of the state pertaining to the sale of alcoholic liquors.
