§ 21-24. School speed zones.

No person shall drive any vehicle at a speed in excess of 20 miles per hour, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. of any day when school is in session, upon the streets passing or near the various schools in the city, within the limits designated by the council from time to time, when marked with appropriate signs.
