§ 21-21. Noise.
Latest version.
No person shall drive any motor vehicle on any street, alley or public drive in such a manner as to cause or produce unnecessary loud, excessive or unusual noise by the racing of the motor, by lack of a muffler or use of a muffler cutout, by tire friction upon rapid turning or weaving, by spinning of the wheels from a standing or slow-moving position by a sudden unnecessary motor acceleration, or by continuous sounding of a horn or other signal device.
