§ 17-23. Use by diseased or unsanitary persons.

No person shall swim or bathe in the Camp-Humiston Memorial Swimming Pool while infected with or suffering from a communicable disease, swim or bathe in such pool while in a dirty or unsanitary condition, or swim in such pool without first taking a showerbath in the showerbaths provided on the premises.
