§ 17-21. Control.

The Camp-Humiston Memorial Swimming Pool shall be under the jurisdiction of the department of parks and recreation and subject to the control thereof, and such department shall have power to adopt and enforce reasonable rules and regulations for the conduct, operation, administration and preservation thereof. Any person who shall knowingly and wilfully violate any rule or regulation so adopted by such department shall be subject to punishment as provided in section 1-11 of this Code.
