§ 14-376. Penalty for violation of article.

Latest version.

Any person violating the provisions of this article shall upon conviction thereof be punished as provided in section 1-11 of this Code; and, if the offense is of a continuing nature, each day that such violation shall continue after written notice of such violation is given by the enforcing officer shall constitute a separate offense.
