§ 14-356. License.

(a)

Required. No person shall sell at retail within the corporate limits of the city tobacco in any form, whether cigarettes, cheroots, small cigars, cigars, smoking tobacco or chewing tobacco, without having first obtained a license for such purpose.

(b)

Fee. The fee for a license to retail tobacco in any form shall be $25.00 per annum, payable to the city clerk annually, in advance.

(c)

Penalty. Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be subject to punishment as provided in section 1-11 of this Code for each and every offense.
