§ 13-7. Damaging library property.

Any person who shall wilfully or maliciously commit any injury upon the city public library and reading room, or upon the grounds, building, furniture or fixtures or other property thereof, shall be liable to punishment as provided in section 1-11 of this Code, in addition to the cost of repair or replacement of damaged property.
