§ 13-2. Board of trustees.

The public library shall be under the supervision and management of a board of nine trustees, to be appointed in accordance with the provisions of Illinois Revised Statutes relating to public libraries. The board of trustees shall have all the power and authority conferred by any such statutes and shall perform all duties required therein.
