§ XVI. Violation penalty.

Any person, firm or corporation who constructs any public improvement or portion thereof in violation of the provisions of this ordinance shall be, upon conviction, fined not less than $25.00 or more than $250.00 for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

Whoever shall sell or offer for sale, lease or offer for lease, while this ordinance is in effect, any lot or lots or block or blocks within the incorporated limits of the City of Pontiac, or any additions thereto, or any re-subdivision of any lot or block therein, or within contiguous territory and not more than one and one-half miles beyond the incorporated boundary of the City of Pontiac, before all of the requirements of this ordinance have been complied with, shall be fined not less than $25.00 or more than $250.00 for each lot, block or part thereof so disposed of, offered for sale, or leased.
